Postpartum Support Group

Our virtual group is a community of postpartum moms looking for support as they navigate the daily challenges of motherhood. Our goal is to provide a space where everyone is met with compassion and finds the freedom to talk about all of the hard and beautiful moments in their motherhood journey.

We'll talk about things like:

• Recovering from birth
• Building your identity as a mom
• Learning your baby's needs
• Maintaining relationships
• Body image and self-love
• Managing overwhelm 

This group is open to anyone who needs support with a new baby. There is no baby age limit or time-frame for group membership.
