My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship that fosters empowerment, growth, and healing. No one deserves to go through difficulties alone. I hope to create a cozy corner where your walls can come down as we unpack what’s on your mind.

I’m passionate about working with couples for marital and premarital counseling. I also specialize in providing therapy for young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. Supporting these clients as they grow in peace, identity, and confidence brings me so much joy.
