A seat on my couch involves holding a safe space for your history, culture, and overall upbringing. I welcome diversity, and it is an honor to hold your story. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship that fosters empowerment, growth, and healing. No one deserves to go through difficulties alone. I hope to create a cozy corner where your walls can come down as we unpack what’s on your mind.

I’m passionate about working with couples for marital and premarital counseling. I also specialize in providing therapy for young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. Supporting these clients as they grow in peace, identity, and confidence brings me so much joy.

Individual Therapy- $100 for 50 minute sessions ($115 for 75 minute intake)

Couples- $135 for 50 minute sessions; $150 for 75 minute intake, plus Gottman assessment
