Therapy can be so much more than just working through “problems”. A big misconception of therapy in Texas is that people think they need to have a diagnosis or reason why they need therapy. If you are starting the journey of exploring therapy we want you to know that you don’t have to have a diagnosis to feel that therapy is right for you. Therapy can be a space to delight in your strengths and hear your voice deeper. You don’t have to have a “diagnosis” to seek a space to nurture yourself.
Prioritizing therapy for yourself is a wonderful act of self care.
