How We "Do" Therapy

We offer therapy from the comfort of your home or in one of our two offices located in Allen and Colleyville Texas. If you decide to join us in office your sessions will take place in our soothing Colleyville office, designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Each room is fully private and thoughtfully stocked with fidgets, sensory items, snacks, tea, coffee, and water — because we know healing happens best when you feel safe and cared for.
At The Couch Therapy, we believe the mind and body are deeply connected, and we take a holistic approach to mental health. From the way we design our spaces to the way we tailor your care, everything is done with your unique needs in mind.
