Trauma Informed Classrooms

Bring your sister to work was a success! My sister is an Elementary School counselor and I was invited by her School District to provide 2 days of training to Educators on identifying the need behind children’s behaviors at their back to school in- service training.

First, can we hear it for the teachers. The ones in the absolute trenches of the work of providing knowledge, safety and relationships to our children.

Secondly, these educators were so engaged and energized despite the years they’ve had on how to help kids feel safe at school.

Teachers, you rock. Thank you immensely for all you do!
